Introducing Rapid Review

Through this partnership, we are helping to develop an AI-enabled contract analysis tool known as Rapid Review. The system is being designed specifically to support specialist subcontractors operating within the UK construction sector.

Rapid Review will use artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyse construction contracts and identify potential risks quickly and efficiently. By automating parts of the contract review process, the system aims to support commercial teams by helping them:

  • Identify contractual risks at an earlier stage
  • Improve understanding of key contract clauses
  • Support more confident commercial decision-making
  • Reduce exposure to unexpected contractual obligations
  • Strengthen overall project delivery

The technology is intended to assist commercial teams during contract review by providing enhanced visibility of potential risks before committing to project agreements.
